By having an agreement you will be guaranteed same-day service in addition to gaining a discount on the hourly rate normally charged. These packages are offered in a few different increments to ensure we have a plan that is right for you.

All service level agreements have an expiration date of one year after the date of purchase. Once a plan is purchased a contract will be issued stating all the pertinent information as well as this expiration date. Service level agreements are non transferable and non refundable.
